Terms And Conditions

If you wish to participate in any Tours or Event organized by Hanoi Easy Rider company, it is your responsibility to read and understand our terms and conditions which are set out below in this document and to confirm your agreement either by signing the booking form provided and/or providing written confirmation by E-mail.

A 50% deposit of the total price is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the departure date/pick-up date. Otherwise, a full payment is required at the time of booking. 

These Booking Conditions and the information detailed in our ‘Before You Travel – Important Information’ will form the basis of your agreement with our company trading. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking Terms & Conditions and agree to them. 

Except where otherwise stated, these booking conditions only apply to holiday arrangements which you book with us in the Vietnam and which we agree to make, provide or perform (as applicable) as part of our contract with you. All references in these booking conditions to “holiday”, “booking”, “contract”, “package”, “tour” or “arrangements” mean such holiday arrangements unless otherwise stated. In these booking conditions, “you” and “your” means all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date) or any of them, as the context requires.


Hanoi Easy Rider will endeavor to provide each client with a tour experience as near as is possible to that described to you in our tour itineraries. We will make every effort to communicate client requirements, e.g. dietary, with the hotels in advance of our tours, (please refer to the section on our booking form regarding dietary requirements/food allergies & dislikes).

Any information you provide to us will not be forwarded on to any other party without your prior consent. ​


All Theft and Damage Waivers and Supplemental Liability Insurance options are subject to the express terms and conditions of the rental contract and do not include coverage for injury, personal property, or damage as the result of negligence such as illegal use or use of rental while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. A Police Report is required for all damages or accidents. All damages to a rented motorcycle without a police report will be considered to be at the fault of the Renter.​


We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is suitable and adequate for your particular needs. Please read your policy details carefully and take them with you on holiday. We are happy to assist you in this regard.​


In all packages in case of cancellation, a 10% of the total booking amount is held to cover booking expenses (Hotel, restaurants etc).

If you cancel your booking a month before the event date (exactly 30days) you will be returned 90% of your total booking.

If you cancel your booking in a time of more than 20 days before the event date (About: 20 - 29days),  a 75% of your total booking will be returned.

If you cancel your booking in a time of more than 10 days before the event date (About: 10 - 19days),  a 50% of your total booking will be returned.

If you cancel your booking in a time of more than a week before the event date (About: 6 - 9days),  a 30% of your total booking will be returned.

If you cancel your booking in a time of more than 2 days before the event date (About: 3 - 5days), Non-refundable

No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances and there are no refunds if you curtail a tour or rental.​

In the case of cancellation, we will refund the amount to the client’s bank account as soon as we receive his credit card no.(PayPal). Transfer fees may apply and differ in each Bank. Our company holds no responsibility on this matter.


Some tours may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. The affected traveler will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances because we try our best to accommodate travelers.

Please note that the product substitute chosen by the traveler may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may be subject to an additional cost.

Any additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances will depend on the individual tour operator.​


We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without filling out a request form will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. We will accept email cancellations unless they have a complete, signed, and attached.​


If a significant change of route or destination is required due to circumstances out of our control, we will notify you as soon as we are made aware.  Wherever possible we will look to overcome any situations which may arise causing delay or change, however, we cannot be held responsible for those delays and changes which are beyond our control such as train/ferry delays, weather conditions, traffic congestions, terrorism, war, industrial dispute, closure of itemised visitor attractions.

If weather conditions deteriorate on any day during a tour to such a degree that the client chooses to curtail the ride and seeks alternative accommodation, this will be undertaken at the client's own discretion and we will not be responsible for any additional costs that this would incur. ​
