I had the pleasure of riding down to Ninh Binh for the day with Thuy and her husband, Long. With no motorbike experience outside of an automatic moped, Thuy patiently taught me how to ride the semi-automatic Honda Wave. For those with little to no riding experience but who still want to experience travel on a motorbike, I highly recommend going with Easy Rider. They set a good pace for you to follow and slowly speed up once you get the hang of it.

As for my tour guides, they are a joy to travel with and really make you feel more like a friend than just a customer. They buy you drinks along the way and are always laughing and joking. I told them I needed help purchasing bus tickets the next day and they picked me up from my hotel and drove the 7km at 7am to help me get to the station in time. I can’t say more how much of a help that was.

On top of all this, they give you a great gift at the end at really makes your whole trip incredibly memorable. If you have any other questions, just visit their office in the Old Quarter!
